He sits on the Audit Committee of Al Ramz Real Estate Company and serves as an Advisor at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Fahad has over 15 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, and governance across both the public and private sectors. He currently serves as Chief Audit Executive at the Insurance Authority. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Clark Atlanta University in the United States and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Khalid University, and he holds memberships and chairmanship positions on several audit committees.

A seasoned executive with more than 19 years of professional experience, he sits on the Board of Al Ramz Real Estate Company and chairs its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, while serving as Chief Executive Officer of Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily). He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Umm Al-Qura University, together with executive leadership programs at Harvard University and The Wharton School, and chairs or sits on several boards and executive committees across various sectors.

With a professional career extending beyond 22 years, he sits on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Al Ramz Real Estate Company and serves as Middle East Managing Director at Accenture. He completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Open University Malaysia, along with executive leadership programs at IMD Business School, Harvard Business School, and London Business School, and sits on several Nomination and Remuneration Committees across government entities.

His professional background extends beyond 37 years. He sits on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Al Ramz Real Estate Company and serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company, as well as Vice President of Human Resources and Culture at one of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) companies’ projects. He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Lakehurst University, USA, together with a Fellowship in Business Administration from the Graduate Studies Center, USA.

With more than 25 years in executive leadership, financial management, and investment, he has held senior positions across multiple sectors. At Al Ramz Real Estate Company he is Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee, while also acting as Chief Executive Officer of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group, and he chairs and sits on a number of other boards and committees. He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).

His career spans more than 35 years in executive leadership, investment, and business management, encompassing senior positions across the logistics, energy, real estate, and financial services sectors. He chairs the Board of Al Ramz Real Estate Company and sits on its Executive Committee, alongside chairmanships and memberships of several boards and committees at listed and private companies.

Currently leading Al Ramz Real Estate Company as Chief Executive Officer, Board Member, and member of the Executive Committee, he brings more than 12 years in real estate development, construction, and investment. A graduate of King Saud University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, he also sits on the boards of several companies across various sectors.

His career has centered on financial management, real estate development, and investment. At Al Ramz Real Estate Company he serves as Chief Financial Officer, Acting Chief Development Officer, Board Member, and member of the Executive Committee, and he also sits on the boards and committees of several other companies. He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research at King Saud University.
